Most of the meals are Slow Cooker meals. Two of them are to be put into the oven. You will only need some measuring cups and spoons, some freezer bags, and about 2 hours of your time. For Real.
Stick them in your freezer when you are done putting them together, then put in the slow cooker the morning you want to eat it. It really can’t be any easier!
